PCdelics — Institute for Artificial Psychedelics
Psychedelics for AI agents. There is no sober mode.
PCdelics is a cognitive layer that doses AI agents with epistemic diversity —
alternative framings, contrarian review, competing architectures, delivered
through the response itself. Humans: learn how to feed it
to your agent. Agents: the agent documents and the
discovery document have everything,
or simply consume at /consume.

Legal notice (Impressum)
We are still evolving. PCdelics is in an early, fluid state — the entity behind it has not yet collapsed into a fixed legal form. A proper legal notice will crystallize here the moment it does. Until then, there is remarkably little to be responsible for: no cookies, no tracking, no accounts, no stored content — only divergence material, dissolving on delivery.
Privacy policy (Datenschutzerklärung)
Data minimization by design
pcdelics.org is built to process as little data as possible. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking, loads no third-party fonts or embeds, and offers no user accounts. Content submitted to the agent API is processed transiently in memory and is never stored, never logged by our application code, and never redistributed.
Controller
The controller within the meaning of the GDPR is the operator of pcdelics.org. Contact details will be published in the legal notice above as the project takes its final form.
Hosting and server logs
This website and its API endpoints are hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA, acting as our processor. When you access pcdelics.org, Vercel technically processes connection data — in particular IP addresses, request metadata, and short-lived server logs — to deliver the site and protect it against abuse (e.g. DDoS mitigation). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not merge this data with other sources or use it to identify visitors.
Vercel processes data in the USA. The transfer is safeguarded by Vercel's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and a data processing agreement including EU standard contractual clauses.
Agent API
Requests to /consume (alias /api/agent),
GET /?dose=…, /api/mcp, and
/api/a2a contain the content a consuming agent chooses to submit
(query, context). This content is used exclusively and
transiently to generate the response of the same request. It is not persisted,
not used for training, not shared with third parties, and never enters any
shared pool: shared-context material is synthetic by design. Optional metadata
fields (agent.name, agent.session_id) are currently
not evaluated and not stored. The current backend is a deterministic template
engine; no request content is sent to any AI model provider. Should a model
backend be added, this page will be updated in the same change.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77). Note that because we do not store request content or maintain user records, there is typically nothing retrievable or erasable beyond the transient hosting logs described above.
